Spent a great couple of hours this afternoon walking around the studios with Painting and Printmaking graduate Ella Calvert.
It was fantastic to see what Bergen had provided for the bursary holders. The spaces are great and the feedback from Ella today made all the hard work worth while. I would like to extend a huge Thank you on behalf of the Glasgow School of Art to Bergen Academy of Art and Design for their outstanding support for the Phoenix bursary. Seeing the studios and experiencing their hospitality today sincerely made me realise the huge impact that the project is having for all involved.
Simply a delight to see.
