Phoenix Busary at Drygate

Several Phoenix Bursary Holders, shortlisted by Drygate, visited the brewery on Friday 27 March 2015.  One daring participant chewed on a tablet of a new experimental American Hops.
Some Bursary Holders will be selected to make artwork for the Drygate one-year anniversary brew. Others will be involved in making the special Phoenix brew for the Phoenix Bursary Exhibition in July 2015.
